While an occasional imperfect dining experience or cold tortilla is fully expected, a pattern of poor meals should indicate to you that the restaurant does not have the type of food that appeals to you. Because eating out is so expensive, feel completely free to take your business elsewhere. Mexican food can be prepared in mild or spicy versions depending upon the type of chiles used in a particular dish.
